Hicks & Mann, Inc. was
established in Williamstown, Kentucky in 1975 by Phillip Hicks and
Ronnie Mann and has become a respected multi-discipline consulting
engineering firm (Kentucky Certified #316)

Hicks & Mann has strived to
provide the very best professional services to our clients. Included
within Hicks & Mann, there are engineers with combined experience
in excess of 45 years, and surveying experience exceeding 75 years.

Hicks & Mann was one of the first firms in the State of
Kentucky to produce a 100% computerized set of roadway, right of way,
utility, and drainage plans for the Kentucky Transportation Department.
(This is now a state requirement) |

Hicks & Mann has
established itself as a leading engineering firm capable of completing
projects requiring innovation!
For example - in 1992, Hicks & Mann was chosen to complete the
Grant County Enhanced 911, Uniform Addressing. To our knowledge, Hicks
& Mann was the first engineering firm in the State of Kentucky to

In 1990, Hicks & Mann, Inc.
converted from manual drafting to completely automated Computer Aided
Drafting and Design (CADD). Hicks & Mann presently has 6CADD
stations operated by highly trained personnel.

Hicks & Mann has invested in hiring
and training local personnel whenever possible, and has made it a
policy to provide summer and part-time employment to local college
students, who are pursuing Engineering and Surveying careers.

Members of our staff have
participated and or managed numerous municipal and private projects
within the Northern Kentucky area. Hicks & Mann has extensive
experience in the planning, designing, and managing of construction for
any residential, commercial or industrial projects.
